Changing Your Custom Order
If you wish to change any
aspects of your custom diner, you may only do so within the first 4 hours after placing the order. Please email your changes
to help@marysposhdoggiediners.com Be sure to include your name, order number, and address in your email message.
Shipping
All of our diners are shipped
by UPS to your door. They are carefully packaged to protect from damage during shipping. Please open with care as the bowls
are individually wrapped separate from the diner.
If your diner is damaged in shipping, we will gladly replace your diner for another
diner matching the color and size you ordered. Simply email us at: customerservice@marysposhdoggiediners.com and we will request
a pick up of your damaged diner. A replacement diner (matching the original diner ordered) will be sent out as soon
as the damaged diner has been received.
